Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, team-oriented, and highly focused individuals to join our overnight stocking crew. As a Part-Time Overnight Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor, and rapidly packing out merchandise across all departments (grocery, electronics, apparel). You will serve as the logistical backbone of the store, delivering the signature abundance that sets Walmart apart in the big-box retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Processing: Work as a coordinated team to rapidly unload incoming trucks, placing boxes onto conveyor lines or sorting them onto pallets by store aisle.
• Aisle Merchandising: Pull heavy pallets of freight to the sales floor using manual pallet jacks, efficiently stocking shelves and ensuring items are rotated properly.
• Top Stock Management: Utilize step ladders to place excess inventory neatly onto the "top stock" shelves above the primary display area.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard and plastic waste, operate the industrial baler safely, and leave the aisles pristine for morning operations.
