Job Summary
We are actively seeking mechanically inclined, energetic, and highly observant individuals to join our weekend tech team. As a Weekend Game Tech, you will patrol the arcade floor, perform light maintenance on games, and assist guests with their Power Cards. You will serve as the technical ambassador, delivering the signature fun that sets Dave & Buster's apart in the amusement industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Midway Patrol: Walk the arcade floor continuously during busy weekend shifts, looking for error codes, out-of-order signs, or guests needing assistance.
- Light Repair: Fix common issues rapidly, such as clearing ticket/card jams, replacing broken mallets on air hockey tables, and rebooting software.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with loading credits onto their RFID Power Cards and explain how to play the newest virtual reality attractions.
- Winner's Circle Support: Occasionally assist the prize counter team in restocking high-end electronics and plush toys.
