Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly reliable individuals to join our terminal operations team. As a Part-Time Freight Dock Associate, you will be primarily responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to unload trailers, stage freight, and build outbound loads. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the terminal, delivering the signature precision that sets us apart in the freight transport industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate propane or electric sit-down forklifts continuously to move irregular, heavy freight across the terminal dock.
• Freight Transloading: Read load manifests and scanner directives to identify incoming pallets, transferring them efficiently from inbound to outbound 53-foot trailers.
• Load Optimization: Stack and arrange freight strategically inside trailers to balance weight distribution, prevent crush damage, and maximize cube space.
• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean, hazard-free dock, strictly adhering to all OSHA and internal safety guidelines, including reporting damaged freight immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
