Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly polished, organized, and deeply hospitable individuals to join our weekend front office team. As a Weekend Front Desk Agent, you will manage guest arrivals, process payments, and resolve any immediate concerns. You will serve as the hospitality ambassador, delivering the signature warmth that sets Marriott apart in the hotel industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In/Out: Utilize the property management system (PMS) to accurately check guests in and out, assign rooms, and encode key cards.
• Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations for weekend dining, entertainment, and transportation, enhancing the guest's leisure trip.
• Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or requests (e.g., extra towels, late check-out) gracefully, dispatching housekeeping or engineering promptly.
• Financial Accuracy: Process credit card authorizations, handle cash accurately, and ensure the shift drawer balances perfectly at the end of the day.

Requirements & Qualifications
