Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, highly communicative, and multitasking individuals to join our drive-thru team. As a Part-Time Drive-Thru Crew Member, you will wear a headset, punch in orders rapidly, and hand off food at the window. You will serve as the mobile face of the restaurant, delivering the signature efficiency that sets Taco Bell apart in the quick-service restaurant industry. This is a very fast-paced, highly engaging role perfect for those who thrive under pressure.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Taking: Wear a headset, listen clearly over background noise, and punch in complex, customized orders rapidly into the POS system.
• Window Handoff: Greet customers at the window enthusiastically, double-check the bagged order (and sauce packets!) for accuracy, and process payment securely.
• Beverage Assembly: Quickly pour sodas and blend freezes specifically for the drive-thru queue to keep the line moving.
• Speed Metrics: Work collaboratively with the Food Champions to keep drive-thru window times under strict corporate targets without sacrificing customer friendliness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon application.
• No prior drive-thru or fast food experience is required—we provide complete, high-speed operational training.
• Must possess an incredibly positive attitude, excellent listening skills over a headset, and the ability to multitask in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand continuously, reach out of the drive-thru window, and maneuver safely in a tight workspace.
