Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet late-night guests warmly, operate the point-of-sale system accurately, and process cash, credit, and lottery transactions securely.
• Store Recovery: Utilize the overnight hours to execute deep cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, sanitizing the roller grill, and wiping down counters.
• Merchandising & Stocking: Unpack daily deliveries, restock the walk-in beverage coolers, and ensure the snack aisles are faced and "grand opening ready" for the morning rush.
• Food Preparation: Maintain strict food safety standards while preparing hot foods (pizza, taquitos) and brewing fresh batches of coffee for early commuters.
