Job Summary
We are actively seeking mechanically inclined, energetic, and highly observant individuals to join our weekend tech team. As a Weekend Game Tech, you will patrol the arcade floor, perform light maintenance on games, and assist guests with their Power Cards. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Midway Patrol: Walk the arcade floor continuously during busy weekend shifts, looking for error codes, out-of-order signs, or guests needing assistance.
- Light Repair: Fix common issues rapidly, such as clearing ticket/card jams, replacing broken mallets on air hockey tables, and rebooting software.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with loading credits onto their RFID Power Cards and explain how to play the newest virtual reality attractions.
- Winner's Circle Support: Occasionally assist the prize counter team in restocking high-end electronics and plush toys.
