Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, fast-moving, and self-motivated individuals to join our overnight flow team. As a Part-Time Overnight Inbound Associate, you will be responsible for unloading freight, sorting boxes onto U-boats, and rapidly stocking shelves before the store opens. You will serve as the logistical backbone of the store, delivering the signature visual abundance that sets Target apart in the retail industry. This is a highly active role perfect for night owls who prefer working without customer interruptions.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Unloading: Rapidly and safely unload incoming daily deliveries, utilizing manual or powered equipment to pull pallets of mixed freight off the truck.
• Sorting & Staging: Read shipping labels quickly to sort boxes onto specific custom vehicles (U-boats or flats) designated for different departments (e.g., domestics, toys, grocery).
• Aisle Merchandising: Push heavy vehicles to the sales floor and stock merchandise efficiently, ensuring all items are placed in their correct planogram locations.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard waste, operate the industrial baler safely, and leave the aisles completely clear for morning shoppers.
